Ramey King Insurance is proud to announce they have moved to a new Denton location inside the Access Bank building at the corner of Eagle Drive and Carroll Boulevard. The agency has relocated as part of the I-35E expansion project as the state of Texas will take ownership of the Ramey King property fronting the highway for the expansion.
The new office at 320 Eagle Drive offers a convenient location just a few blocks south of the I35E at Fort Worth Drive location. The new offices are on the second floor of the building in Suite 210.
Ramey King Insurance is one of Denton’s oldest businesses. The agency was originally established in 1881 as the O.L. Poe Agency and over the last 134 year the agency has been providing insurance to customers through the state of Texas. Jeff and James King took over the agency from their father Terrell King following his retirement in 1990. They have both been active leaders in the Denton community. Jeff King is the incoming Board Chair of the Denton Chamber of Commerce. James King recently rotated off of the Denton City Council after serving 2 terms as an at-large member of the council.
