Our team at Ramey King includes over 30 professionals who are on hand to help you select the perfect insurance plan for your needs. We pride ourselves on providing the best service on a personal level, so we’d like to take a moment to let you get to know some of our insurance experts. Meet Kylie Kelsoe, our HVAC & Landscapers insurance specialist.

Kylie KelsoeHow did you get into the insurance business, and what do you like about it?

I started with Ramey & King in 2009 as a receptionist. I have worked almost every position in the office. Two years ago I stepped into production, and I absolutely love it. Now I sell property & casualty insurance mainly to construction businesses, but I specialize in HVAC & Landscapers. What I really like about what I am doing now is that I am learning something new every day being in the construction industry.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Denton?

One of my favorite things to do is go to Eastside with friends and sit out on the patio, enjoy the awesome atmosphere, & try out all the different food trucks.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I am a mom to the most handsome two-year-old boy. Watching him grow into a young man is an absolute blessing that I cherish. I never thought watching Shrek back to back & singing “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” would become my favorite pastimes.

What’s something about you that might surprise people?

Before insurance I was thinking about going into cosmetology because I have always had a knack for hair & makeup. I used to do some friends & families hair & makeup for big events. I still do it if I find time; I really like making people feel beautiful.

You can reach Kylie through her email, kyliekelsoe@rameyking.com.
